- Mind the Accessibility Gap: Rethinking Accessible Tourism in Europe, 6 June 2014 – Brussels (Belgium)
The conference will present the economic potential of accessible tourism, the choices and preferences of people with special needs, the state of the current supply of accessible tourism services, the skills and training needed.
- Identity, Industry and Culture, 17 – 20 June 2014- Ferrol, Galicia (Spain)
This event will point out the importance of cultural routes in the development of Europe as single destination. The spotlight will be on industrial tourism as a new way to attract tourists and to ensure a swift economic conversion in abandoned industrial areas.
- Summer School “Leadership and Governance for Sustainable Tourism”, 1 – 3 July 2014 – Seinäjoki (Finland)
The Summer School in Leadership and Governance for Sustainable Tourism is an annual European leading event that brings together key representatives of the tourism sector: donors, policy makers, industry representatives, project management practitioners, academics and entrepreneurs.

The Forum will be held under the Italian Presidency of the Council of European Union
